  1. What is global warming?  Global warming is the increase of temperature of the Earth’s air and oceans.
  2. Why do you think that Al Gore doesn’t want to talk about politics?  I think he is fed up with all the political talk and knows that this is about survival.  If this isn’t fixed we will all die.
  3. What is “An Inconvenient Truth”?  A movie he made about global warming.
  4. How did Al Gore tailor his presentation to the Evangelical Christians? What did he add for this audience?  He uses passages from the Bible.  He put in an astronaut saying a line about Jesus and the light.
  5. When are global warming commercials coming out?  Sometime this week.
  6. Do you think they will help people realize this issue?  Yes, I think it will.
  7. How do you feel about the way the Gore family is paying for this?  I feel good about this beacuse they are putting all of the money they would’ve recieved and a little more.  It shows they really care about this situation if they are paying this much money.
  8. Why do you think Al Gore’s loss of presidency was beneficial to his new hobby?  Because with his defeat, he was now able to study this and show us the real dangers of global warming.  If he didn’t do this, who would?

  12. Do you think the Gores were doing the right thing when they bought that house? I guess not because it went against a lot of what he was talking about.
  13. What did they do to the house after it became an issue?  He put solar  panels on the roof, and will generate his own electricity with wind.
  14. What do you feel is Al Gore’s message?  I feel his message is to let everyone know that we have to do something about global warming or it will be a huge crisis that might end the world.

Plagiarism is another way for saying that you took someone else’s work without giving them the credit and stating that it was your own.  It is bad because your not using your own thoughts and you’re only hurting yourself by doing this.

Yesterday, the Houston Rockets won their 22nd straight game. They are now 11 wins under the NBA record which was set by the LA Lakers. They beat the Lakers last night 104 to 92. Rafer Alston had 31 points for a career high and Tracy McGrady had only 11. The Rockets keep their streak alive by winning their 22nd and hope to not lose again this season.

David Carr is scheduled to visit the New York Giants sometime soon.  He played for the Panthers and Texans earlier in his career.  He didn’t have a very productive season last year, since he was injured most of it.  He’s an alright quarterback but I’m sure he could help the Giants in some way.

Last night, the Houston Rockets extended their winning streak to 19 games in a row.  They beat the Nets 91 to 73 keeping their streak alive.  Questions are starting to rise whether the Rockets will lose again this season.  They’ve had a good team but since Yao Ming got injured, the Rockets had to step up and keep the run for the playoffs and their winning streak.  Tracy McGrady and Rafer Alston have both stepped up in the recent tragedy and are keeping people wondering if they will lose a game for the rest of the season.tracy mcgrady

Last night, Brett Favre announced his retirement.  He is a long time quarterback for the Green Bay Packers.  He lasted 17 long seasons and played in 2 super bowls.  He was loved by all fans of Green Bay and will never be forgotten.
