I feel very sorry for everyone that had to experience this earthquake.  It is terrifying to watch and you want to help them as much as possible but there is only so much that you can do.  It’s horrible to just have your life turned upside down in a couple of moments.  My prayers go out to them and I hope that they can rebuild and overcome this horrible tragedy.  Hurricane Katrina was another horrible tragedy and they pulled it together and it is getting better.  We can only hope that China can do the same.

Wisdom of Forgiveness After Unspeakable Tragedy

4. I felt that it takes a lot of power and courage to write about this tragedy.

5. Yes, i feel like this a lot. I have to realize that the “what if” is just a what if. It didn’t happen so move along.

Plagiarism is another way for saying that you took someone else’s work without giving them the credit and stating that it was your own.  It is bad because your not using your own thoughts and you’re only hurting yourself by doing this.

Rockets win 22nd Straight

Yesterday, the Houston Rockets won their 22nd straight game. They are now 11 wins under the NBA record which was set by the LA Lakers. They beat the Lakers last night 104 to 92. Rafer Alston had 31 points for a career high and Tracy McGrady had only 11. The Rockets keep their streak alive by winning their 22nd and hope to not lose again this season.

David Carr to visit Giants

David Carr is scheduled to visit the New York Giants sometime soon.  He played for the Panthers and Texans earlier in his career.  He didn’t have a very productive season last year, since he was injured most of it.  He’s an alright quarterback but I’m sure he could help the Giants in some way.

Rockets win 19th straight

Last night, the Houston Rockets extended their winning streak to 19 games in a row.  They beat the Nets 91 to 73 keeping their streak alive.  Questions are starting to rise whether the Rockets will lose again this season.  They’ve had a good team but since Yao Ming got injured, the Rockets had to step up and keep the run for the playoffs and their winning streak.  Tracy McGrady and Rafer Alston have both stepped up in the recent tragedy and are keeping people wondering if they will lose a game for the rest of the season.

Brett Favre Retires

Last night, Brett Favre announced his retirement.  He is a long time quarterback for the Green Bay Packers.  He lasted 17 long seasons and played in 2 super bowls.  He was loved by all fans of Green Bay and will never be forgotten.
